Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice) is required.
- Certain items (such as clearance products, customized items, or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5โ10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick assistance.
