Shipping Policy

At Crown Karts, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Saudi Arabia. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Saudi Arabia (KSA) including:

  • Riyadh
  • Jeddah
  • Dammam
  • Makkah
  • Madinah
  • Khobar
  • Tabuk
  • Abha
  • And other areas in KSA

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Saudi Arabia:

🚚 3–7 business days (depending on city and courier service)

Delivery time may vary due to:

  • Remote area location
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier delays

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Sometimes we may offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page or checkout page.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available on your order, it will be shown at checkout.

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct contact number
  • Availability to receive the parcel

If the order is refused without reason, future COD orders may be restricted.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details via email or WhatsApp (if available).

You can track your shipment using the courier tracking link.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges
  • Delivery may be delayed

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

We will provide a replacement or solution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Delays

Crown Karts is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs delays (if applicable)
  • Public holidays or unexpected events
